About ISA Africa
Founded in 2014, The international School of Advertising offers training in Marketing and Brand Communications including Advertising, Media, Digital Marketing and PR.

We offer an array of programs targeting fresh graduates entering the market place, professionals who need to upskill and experts who want to keep abreast of new trends and practices.

The programs partner with relevant industry bodies including the Advertising Practitioners Association (APA), Chartered Institute to Marketing (CIM), and the Association of Public Relations and Communication Management Firms (APRECOM) who have ensured ISA meets the demands of the industry.

We intend to split the company into 3 distinct business units, namely Academy, Professional Programs and Business Consultancy.

We therefore seek for applications from qualified individuals, who will head the business units.

Head of Professional Programs
Reporting to Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities
  • Overall key working executive on the business unit
  • Deliver on revenue objectives
  • Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, customers, products and services
  • Asses client needs, make recommendations and prepare proposals
  • Maintain healthy and fruitful relationships with industry partners
  • Seek and develop new appropriate partnerships
  • Manage sales team and marketing support team
  • Manage budgets and expenditure
  • Development of excellent Standard Operational Procedures (SOP’s)

  • Leadership skills, displaying courage and conviction

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • An ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines

  • An ability to devolve responsibilities, delegate tasks and monitor practices to see that they are being carried out
Qualifications
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager/ consultant or related role
  • At least 6 years experience in marketing / brand communications
