Brand & Communications Coordinator


The Brand & Communications Co-Coordinator is the driving force in the delivery of the company’s brand profile and working across the different business units to support teams with their branding and communications needs. The task involves contributing to the brand building, brand communications and media engagement. Jointly and proactively seek other partnerships and initiatives to boost the firm’s brand profile in East Africa, ensuring that the business is positioned in a desirable way to ensure client retention and growth.

  1. Brand Champion.
  • Assist in creating, developing, implementing and maintaining high quality, statements, articles, briefing and features material templates for brand engagement (Including at exhibitions and events)
  • Disseminate news and engage the media, policy groups and the general public to manage and mitigate risk.
  • Ensure the delivery of consistent messaging and brand management throughout all internal and external communications, brand material and collateral.
  • Assist on leads on brand awareness initiatives including the research and creation of public-facing documents,


  1. Stakeholder Relationships


  • Identify and develop branding and advertising partnership opportunities
  • Work with respective profit centers Heads to identify and meet specific brand awareness requirements
  • Work hand in hand with the Social Networks coordinator and ensure that all communications are in line with the firm’s Strategic Plans & Corporate Business objectives


  1. Industry Engagement.


  • Identify among other activities, industry awards opportunities in East Africa for each financial year and work with the Awards Team to apply and submit those awards Liaison Group would benefit from entering.


  1. Special Duties.
  • Continuously analyze, measure and report on the organizations brand and communications effectiveness


Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Professional Certificate in Marketing (Chartered Institute of Marketing - CIM)

Required Languages:

English (Spoken: fluent Written: fluent)


Work Experience:

Two Years.
