A client in the sports betting industry seeks to fill a Chief Marketing Officer Position.

Job  Overview
We are looking for a Chief Marketing Manager who will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, to acquire and retain customers by developing creative concepts, building campaign mechanics and segmentation
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute and analyse marketing campaigns
  • Planning – Write Annual, Quarterly and monthly Marketing plans for each Country and Brand
  • Execution – Brief, coordinate and liaise with production teams to deliver campaigns. Executing your own acquisition and CRM campaigns, using various marketing tools.
  • Analysis – Monitor and improve performance of marketing campaigns using ROI approach
  • Own and drive forwards strategic initiatives for Acquisition, including:
    • Oversee delivery of acquisition campaigns (creative, tracking, monitoring etc.)
    • Continuously improve Creative, Landing pages and Sign up offer to increase conversion
    • Evaluate, improve and operate acquisition tools and procedures
  • Own and drive forward strategic initiatives for CRM, including:
    • Identify key points in customer journeys (Sign up, Conversion, Retention, Re-activation etc.)
  • Defining customer segmentation model (value, product, life cycle etc.)
  • Evaluate, improve and operate CRM tools and procedures
  • Assist with product management, to define promotions plan, configure bonuses
  • and ensuring the website is up to date with the relevant promotions
Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent with strong aptitude and relevant experience
  • 10+ years of marketing experience and a proven track record of delivering brand campaigns, managing them from start to finish and evaluation
  • Experience in FMCG would be an advantage
  • Proven track record, establishing and/or improving marketing operations
  • Commercially oriented and data-driven
  • Strong analytical and operational skills
  • Customer centric
  • Excellent communication skills with a very strong commercial awareness and focus
  • Attention to detail
Working Environment
Position is office based (locally)
Normal working hours are 8.30am – 5pm
